Ingredients

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice


Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Serve with a wedge of orange on the rim.

Malibu Rum Rusher recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz Malibu pineapple rum
1/2 oz Malibu mango rum
2 oz orange juice
1 splash grenadine syrup


Combine the Malibu coconut, pineapple and mango rum with the orange juice and grenadine in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until slushy; add more ice if required. Pour into a pina-colada glass, and serve.
