Bourbon and Water recipe

Ingredients

2 oz bourbon whiskey
4 oz water


Pour both ingredients over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Stir, garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

1 1/2 oz gin
5 oz grapefruit juice


Pour ingredients into a highball glass over ice cubes. Stir well and serve. (Vodka may be substituted for gin, if preferred.)
