Broken Spur Cocktail recipe

3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1 1/2 oz port
1/4 tsp triple sec


Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Salty Dog vol.2 recipe

3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
4 oz vodka
1 pinch powdered sugar
4 - 6 ice cubes


Combine the grapefruit juice, vodka, sugar and 4 or 5 ice cubes in a mixing glass, and stir gently with a bar spoon to dissolve the sugar and combine the ingredients. Strain into a chilled wine glass. Add 1 ice cube to the wineglass if desired.
