Cactus Bat recipe

1 1/4 oz batida de coco
7 oz cactus fruit juice


Pour the batida de coco into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with cactus fruit juice, stir and serve.

Nickel Alloy recipe

1 1/3 oz Absolut Kurant vodka
2/3 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 oz orange juice
6 oz cold 7-Up soda


Pour the Absolut Kurant, Cointreau and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Fill with cold 7-up, and serve.
