Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
1 tsp anis liqueur
1 tsp light cream
1 egg white


Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Ingredients

2 oz Scotch whisky
carbonated water
1 twist lemon peel


Pour scotch in a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
