Canadian Manhattan recipe

3 oz Canadian whisky
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 cherry


Shake well and pour over ice or "up" in a martini glass. Garnish with cherry.

Silk Stockings recipe

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz creme de cacao
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 1/2 oz light cream
cinnamon


Shake all ingredients (except cinnamon) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.
