Choco Banana Smash recipe

1 1/4 oz Irish cream
1/4 oz vanilla extract
1/2 oz light cream
1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 banana
1/2 oz whipped cream


Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve.

Cool Paradise recipe

1 1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum
1 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
3/4 oz spiced rum
4 oz Sprite soda


Combine all of the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.
