Chocolatier recipe
Ingredients
1 oz light rum
1 oz creme de cacao
5 oz chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp chocolate
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate shavings) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.

Ingredients
1 oz gin
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
3 oz tonic water
1 lime wedge
2 olives
In a highball glass, combine gin and chambord over ice. Stir, add two italian green olives, and fill with tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
