Coconut Climber recipe
Ingredients
3/4 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz mango liqueur
2 oz coconut cream
2 oz half-and-half
1 oz orange juice
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with toasted coconut, and serve.

Frozen Berkeley recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz brandy
1 tbsp passion-fruit syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
