Ingredients

2 oz white creme de menthe
1/2 oz brandy


Pour the white creme de menthe into a brandy snifter filled with crushed ice. Carefully pour the brandy over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the creme de menthe. Serve.

1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz peppermint schnapps


Pour both ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice. Stir, and serve.
