Drambuie Espresso Martini recipe

1 1/2 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz espresso


Combine all three ingredients together in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Five Hundred Proof recipe

1/2 oz overproof white rum
1/2 oz 100 proof bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz 100 proof vodka
1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz grenadine syrup


Shake and strain into a pilsner filled with broken ice. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
