Elf Tea recipe

Ingredients

1 oz peppermint liqueur
3 oz iced tea
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar


Pour the peppermint liqueur and iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and sweeten to taste. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the top, and serve.

Ingredients

2 oz chilled passion-fruit juice
Champagne
strawberries


Pour passion fruit juice into a champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne, decorate with a strawberry, and serve.
