English Bolo recipe

4 oz dry sherry
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick


Muddle a stick of cinnamon with lemon juice and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add sherry, stir, and serve.

Jamaican Green Sunrise recipe

4 cl Bacardi white rum
fill with orange juice
2 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
2 cl Finlandia pineapple vodka
ice


Start with the ice cubes. Pour rum and orange juice. Carefully add blue curacao, making sure it falls to the bottom. Layer pineapple vodka on top.
