Ingredients

6 cl gin
1 1/2 cl lime juice
1 cl grenadine syrup
1 1/2 dl pineapple juice


Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake.

4 oz Champagne
3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur


Pour into a champagne flute, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
