Fraise de Champagne recipe
Ingredients
3 1/2 oz Champagne
3/4 oz Marie Brizard Creme de Fraise des Bois
1/2 oz cognac
Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.

Southfork Coffee recipe
Ingredients
4 oz hot coffee
1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
2 oz heavy cream
Pour the coffee, bourbon and creme de cacao into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Stir well, then float the cream on top, and serve.
