Ingredients

2 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth


Stir gin and vermouth in a cocktail glass. (No ice is used in this drink)

Cream Sherry Flip recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz cream sherry
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 tsp light cream
1 tsp grated nutmeg


Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
