Ginza Strip recipe

2 oz sake rice wine
2 dashes sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters


Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Wobbler recipe

4 cl Absolut Kurant vodka
grape juice
Schweppes Russian tonic water
grenadine syrup


Pour vodka into a glass one-quarter filled with ice. Fill until two-thirds full with grape juice, and fill completely with russian water. Add a touch of grenadine, and serve.
