Ingredients

1 oz cherry brandy
1 oz sugar
1 tsp orange juice
3 oz Champagne


Pour the cherry brandy and orange juice over the sugar in a champagne flute. Add the champagne, and serve.

Pomegranate Martini recipe

Ingredients

2 oz citrus vodka
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz fresh pomegranate juice
1 oz simple syrup


Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a dash of rose water if available. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
