Hole-In-One recipe

1 3/4 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz vermouth
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters


Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Prairie Chicken recipe

1 oz gin
1 egg
salt
pepper


Open an egg without breaking the yolk and pour into a red wine glass. Pour gin on top, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
