Hot and Dirty Martini recipe

Ingredients

3 oz pepper vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 tsp olive juice


Pour the pepper vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive stuffed with a pickled jalapeno pepper, and serve.

Mai Tai vol.5 recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz white rum
3/4 oz triple sec
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp sugar


Combine all ingredients (sugar to taste) in a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
