1 oz heavy cream


Serve pousse cafe in a cordial glass.

1 1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum
1 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
3/4 oz spiced rum
4 oz Sprite soda


Combine all of the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.
