Kiwi Colada recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
2 oz cream of coconut
2 kiwis
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 oz whipping cream
1 1/5 cups crushed ice


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in pina colada glasses.

Liquid Ecstasy recipe

Ingredients

30 ml Bacardi Limon rum
15 ml Midori melon liqueur
15 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
15 ml lemon juice
90 ml pineapple juice


Build bacardi, midori, blue curacao, lemon juice and pineapple juice in that order over ice in a highball glass, or shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a slice of lemon to either the highball glass or the rim of the martini glass. Serve with two straws.
