Ingredients

6 cl Champagne
1 tsp sugar
1 dash Angostura bitters


Pour in the ingredients. Add a dash of angostura on the cube, and place it in the champagne by using a tong.

Ingredients

1/2 sloe gin
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters


Pour the gin and vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the angostura bitters, and serve.
