Kurant Collins recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Absolut Kurant vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 oz club soda


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the absolut kurant, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda.

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/4 oz peaches
1 1/4 oz vanilla ice cream


Pour all ingredients into a 12-oz parfait glass filled with finely shaven ice, and serve.
