L.I.E. recipe

Ingredients

1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz rum
1 oz tequila
1 oz gin
1 oz triple sec
1 splash orange juice
2 - 3 oz Coca-Cola


Pour all liquors into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Add a small splash of orange juice, top with Coca-cola (or equivalent); and serve.

Beach Cruiser recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz spiced rum
4 oz pineapple juice
3 oz cranberry juice


Pour spiced rum, pineapple juice and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
