Malibu Zinger recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
4 oz pineapple juice
4 oz cranberry juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 oz whipped cream


Pour Malibu rum and peach schnapps into a hurricane glass three-quarters filled with ice. Slide down 2 drops of grenadine to the bottom. Add equal parts of pineapple juice and cranberry juice, leaving a little room at the top. Add a dollop of whipped cream, and drizzle grenadine down it. Ask the recipient to stir in the whipped cream before trying.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1/2 oz grapefruit juice


Pour vodka, Cointreau (or triple sec); Kirsch and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
