Manila Flame recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Manila dark rum
1 oz cranberry juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz passion-fruit nectar
3/4 oz fresh lime juice


Pour the Manila dark rum, juices, passion-fruit nectar and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a pilsner glass, and serve.

3 oz orange juice
2 oz cranberry juice


Pour the vodka into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Add the juices, stir briefly, and serve.
