Mont Blanc recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 oz cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream


Combine all ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds. Pour into a wine glass, and serve.

4 cl Fernet Branca bitters
1 splash whipped cream


Fill a glass with fernet branca. Drop in a splash of cream, either whipped or foamed, and serve.
