Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz Campari bitters


Pour whisky and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Apricot Sour recipe

Ingredients

2 oz apricot brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar


Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail glass half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
