Old Etonian recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc wine
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash creme de noyaux


Pour the gin, Lillet, orange bitters and creme de noyaux into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.

Martini Bovine recipe

Ingredients

400 ml Martini andamp; Rossi dry vermouth
1/2 pint Strongbow cider
50 ml vodka
1 glass white wine


Place Martini andamp; Rossi vermouth and white wine into a beer mug. Mix the two together, add vodka and top off with Strongbow. Serve.
