Scotch Rickey recipe

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
juice of 1/2 limes
carbonated water
lime peel


Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the lime peel/rind and serve.

Wrightsville Sunset recipe

8 parts orange juice
2 parts rum
2 parts tequila
1 part lime juice
1 part grenadine syrup
bitters


Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a large white wine glass half-filled with crushed ice.
