Ingredients

2 oz white rum
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
1/2 oz lime juice


Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

3 1/2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz mango juice


Pour champagne into a champagne flute. Add strawberry liqueur and mango juice, garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
