Strawberry Kir Royale recipe
Ingredients
2 cups halved strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chilled Champagne
1 tsp creme de cassis
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.
Another Cocktails drink.
Cola-Rolla recipe
Ingredients
1/2 oz Dry Orange Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz cognac
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 bottle chilled cola
Funnel the curacao, cognac, vodka and lemon juice into one small cola bottle (185-200ml); roughly half-filled with cola. Briefly invert the bottle to mix the ingredients. Place in the center of a large glass (tankard, stein or british pint); and fill glass with broken ice. Add a straw to the bottle, and serve.
