Sunbeam recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz creme de bananes
2 oz mandarin juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz grenadine syrup


Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add grenadine, and serve unstirred.

Brandied Port recipe

Ingredients

1 oz brandy
1 oz tawny port
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp maraschino liqueur


Pour brandy, port, lemon juice and maraschino into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
