Tanzanian Tonic recipe
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup apricot nectar
1 cup peach nectar
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
6 oz light rum
1 dash dark rum
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over ice in 4oz glasses, and add a dash of dark rum to each. Garnish with halves orange slices and stemmed maraschino cherries.

Honolulu Cooler recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
juice of 1/2 limes
pineapple juice
Pack a tall glass with crushed ice, add lime juice and southern comfort. Fill with pineapple juice and stir.
