Tequila Manhattan recipe

Ingredients

2 oz tequila
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash lime juice
1 slice orange
1 cherry


Shake tequila, vermouth, and lime juice with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the slice of orange, top with the cherry, and serve.

1 1/2 oz sweet sherry
1 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz cherry vodka


Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass. Add a speared cherry, and serve.
