Ingredients

1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz triple sec
1 oz light rum
pineapple juice


Pour midori, triple sec and rum into a 12-ounce highball glass filled with ice. Fill with pineapple juice, stir, and serve.

Hot Whiskey Toddy recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Scotch whisky
1 tsp sugar
5 1/2 oz boiling water


Place a sugar cube or equivalent into an Irish coffee cup or mug. Fill 2/3 full with boiling water. Add Scotch whisky and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon, dust with nutmeg, and serve.
