Tipsy Island recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup Malibu coconut rum
7 pieces frozen strawberries
2/3 cup banana liqueur
12 ice cubes
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 ripe banana


Crush ice in a blender. Add frozen strawberries and banana to blender. Put on low speed and add Malibu andamp; Banana liqueur. Pour into tall glass.

1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz apricot brandy
2 oz orange juice


Shake and strain into a champagne saucer. Garnish with the blossom of a white orchid and a cherry on a stick.
