Vermouth Cassis vol.2 recipe

3 oz dry vermouth
1 oz creme de cassis
club soda


Pour vermouth and creme de cassis into an old-fashioned glass. Add three or four ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve.

Caribbean Madras recipe

1 1/4 oz dark rum
3 oz orange juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice


Pour the dark rum, orange juice and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
