1 jigger lemon juice
1/2 egg white


Shake vigourously with plenty of ice.

6 2/3 oz vodka
1 cup milk
1/2 banana


Combine the milk and half-banana in a blender for several seconds until only slightly lumpy. Add the vodka and blend well. Pour into a hurricane glass, add a straw and serve.
