1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut rum
3 tbsp coconut ice cream


Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, add straws, and serve.

Strawberry Dream recipe

Ingredients

3 strawberries
3/4 oz strawberry schnapps
3/4 oz Bacardi dark rum
3/4 oz cream
3/4 oz pineapple juice
4 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until drink is smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
