Ingredients

juice of 1 limes
1 tbsp sugar
soda water
lime peel


Add the lime juice and sugar to a large glass, and stir well. Add cold seltzer water to fill. Put the lime peels in the glass, and serve.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz milk
3 1/2 oz passion-fruit juice
3/4 oz passion-fruit syrup


Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve.
