Texas Bar Punch recipe
Ingredients
1.5 liters (2 bottles) ruby port
1 liter ginger ale
1 liter lemon-lime soda
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced orange
Pour the port, ginger ale and soda into a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add one large block of ice. Add lemon and orange slices, and serve. Makes 20 (6-ounce) punch cups.

Mulled Wine recipe
Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
12 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
lemon peel
750 ml red wine
1/4 cup brandy
Simmer water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and peel of one lemon in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine, heat to a "coffee temperature" (do not boil) and add brandy.
